SkillBridgeAI is an AI-powered sales training platform that provides interactive sales roleplay scenarios, real-time performance scoring, team management tools, and a scenario marketplace. The Service is available in three tiers: Free (limited sessions), Pro ($49/month with unlimited sessions and advanced analytics), and Team ($199/month for up to 10 seats with manager tools).

3. Account Registration

To access most features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Team admins are responsible for managing seats and inviting members within their seat limits.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions (Pro and Team) are billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are issued at our discretion for billing errors or service outages. Prices are listed in USD and may change with 30 days' notice. Scenario marketplace purchases are one-time charges and non-refundable once access is granted.

5. Acceptable Use

6. User-Generated Content

If you create custom scenarios for the marketplace, you retain ownership of your content but grant SkillBridgeAI a license to host, display, and distribute it within the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights, contain confidential information, or violate any laws. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The SkillBridgeAI platform, including its design, software, AI models, scoring algorithms, default scenarios, and branding, is the property of SkillBridgeAI and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform without our written consent.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses AI to simulate sales conversations and provide performance feedback. AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies or inappropriate suggestions. The Service is a training tool and does not constitute professional sales, legal, or financial advice. SkillBridgeAI is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated feedback.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Subscription fees paid are non-refundable upon termination for cause.
